Atlantic Beach, NC
I spent today on the beach closest to Fort Macon. It was a BEAUTIFUL day, and the water was PLENTY warm!
It was just another great day to be alive.
Atlantic Beach is full of things to do…and houses of all sorts of colors!
There is a movie theatre, surf shops, and a “Wings” on every corner! (haha)

Davis Shore Provisions, a coffee/espresso bar connected to a gift store, is located in the Heart of this fine Community. There are two “car” ferry (ferries that carry cars as well as people) services on “Davis Shore”, that take you to the Southern Outer Banks (SOBX), which is also the Cape Lookout National Seashore. On the “Banks” you will find Cabins you can rent for weekends up to 5 days!
(But BEWARE of mosquitos)
There are also 3 churches, a gas station, and a large boat ramp!
